ADT Individual Training Instructor
1. Work hours 9:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. with some flexibility as needed.

2. Lift, carry and transfer adults independently or with assistance if needed. Lift during toileting (transfer from chair to changing table and from changing table to chair).

3. Change adult diapers and clothing as needed.

4. Feed or assist individuals during lunch.

5. Accompany individual in the community.

6. Assist individual to explore opportunities in the community. The goal will be to increase socialization, community involvement and community awareness.

7. Work with assigned individuals in their home – on an as needed basis

8. Complete initial and annual consumer assessments under supervision.

9. Provide hand over hand assistance as needed.

10. Implement activities identified in the goal plan and by Program Supervisor.

11. Accompany individual on accessible SEPTA buses.

12. Assist other individuals as assigned.

13. Develop and implement individual program plans.

14. Develop and implement program activities.

15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor.

Requirements

High School Diploma and experience in a healthcare field. Must be able to work one Saturday per month. Must be physically able to: a) climb stairs, b) take public transportation . Knowledge of safe lifting techniques.
