The
Job Club helps consumers with disabilities acquire
work-related skills, which they then put into
practice on the job. Attendance, punctuality,
receptivity to supervision and self-sufficiency
are introduced and mastered. Then, other skills
like interviewing, job-seeking and retention
training are developed.
At this point, the Catch Mobile Work Team contracts
with businesses in the South Philadelphia community
to locate opportunities for Job Club members
to work. |
