Fifty-eight CRR beds at three different sites
provide for the residential and rehabilitation
needs of the chronically mentally ill and those
with co-occurring disorders. Round-the-clock
care is available.
Many individuals are referred from other Catch
programs in the continuum of care, but others
are referred by hospitals or the City Office
of Mental Health. The goal is to teach residents
basic living skills such as housekeeping, cooking,
budgeting and use of medication while continuing
their course of stabilization and re-entry into
the community.
We have come to view our programs as a continuum
of care, whereby consumers can enter at one
point of service and progress through. |
